PREPARATION
We prepare the boned side of the pork with salt and natural spices. It doesn’t contain any additives or preservatives. We roast it at a low temperature for an entire day and this allow us to obtain a soft product, fragrant and delicate.

Serve it in slices at ambient temperature, just add salt and pepper to fully enjoy its peculiarities.
