Our history


Nello Meggiolaro and his wife, Marina, founded in 1978 a small family artisanal company specialized in production of cooked and roasted meat.

During the years they have created and improved their first recipe characterised by a slow natural cooking at low temperature without using any additives and preservatives.

This continuing search for quality has become the hallmark of our company: for this reason Meggiolaro’s products distinguish themselves for their naturalness and for the care during processing that ensure an unique taste.

Nowadays Meggiolaro’s products are sold and appreciated both in Italy and in Europe while maintaining the quality of tradition together with a renewed entrepreneurial spirit.

Today the company is growing in the name of tradition by keeping the same values of its founders with the aim of innovate and stand out on the market.
