PREPARATION
This specialty is obtained from the pig shin seasoned with salt, spices and herbs. It does not contains additives or preservatives. The very slow roasting process guarantees softness, taste and delicacy, moreover it gives the product an inviting aroma together with an excellent flavour.
SIZE
A shin normally weighs 600g and it is packaged in 5 pieces.
TIPS FOR USE:
The shin should be warmed with a pinch of salt.
