Zampone is a typical Italian specialty usually eaten during Christmas holidays. Our precooked version aim to enhance the taste of the traditional recipe of Veneto Region.
Our Zampone is produced with Italian pork meat, packed into pig’s trotter rind without preservatives and additives.
Our cooking process is unique as the product has undergone a very slow process of double cooking at low temperature called tyndalization that guarantees delicacy and an excellent taste.
It may be a perfect present thanks to his elegant packaging. Packs are available also in a precious wood box containing the Zampone packs matched with prestigious wines.

TIPS FOR USE
Immerse the sealed envelope in a pot of boiling water maintaining the boiling for about 20 minutes. After removed Zampone from the packet, slice it and serve.
