PREPARATION
Cotechino is a high quality product typical of Veneto Region. Its name comes from “cotica” that in Italian means pig’s rind. Cotechino is produced with Italian pork meat with salt and pepper packed into natural casings without preservatives and additives.
Our cooking process is unique as the product has undergone a very slow process of double cooking at low temperature called tyndalization that guarantees delicacy and an excellent taste.

TIPS FOR USE
Immerse the sealed envelope in a pot of boiling water maintaining the boiling for about 20 minutes. After removed Cotechino from the packet, slice it and serve.
