PREPARATION

Our English roast beef is obtained from the cattle rump just with a pinch of salt. It does not contains additives or preservatives. The very slow roasting process guarantees a light pink slice, juicy and slightly underdone and an inviting brown aspect.

The roast beef of rump should be cut thin with the slicer and added with salt, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
