PREPARATION

Roast pork is obtained from small pigs seasoned with salt, spices and herbs without using any additives or preservatives. We roast it at a low temperature for 25 hours and this allow us to obtain a soft product, fragrant and delicate.

15 – 18 kg

TIPS FOR USE

Serve it in slices at ambient temperature just adding salt and pepper to fully enjoy its peculiarities. Perfect for events and banquets.
