PREPARATION

Roasted pig thigh with spices is obtained from the pork ham with a pinch of salt, natural spices and herbs. It does not contain additives or preservatives. We roast it at a low temperature for an entire day and this allow us to obtain a soft, fragrant and delicate product. Spices and herbs give the pig thigh an inviting aroma and an excellent flavour.

TIPS FOR USE:

Its long and cylindrical shape makes it optimal for the slicer and it ensures a rather constant cut diameter from beginning to end. Moreover it can also be sliced with a knife ensuring a minimum waste. Serve it in slices at ambient temperature just adding salt and pepper to fully enjoy its peculiarities.
