PREPARATION

The roasted pig is obtained from the pork ham with no additives or preservatives except for the salt. We roast it at a low temperature for 25 hours, this allow us to obtain a soft product, fragrant and delicate. The meat flavour is highlighted as it isn’t hidden by any other ingredient.

SIZE:

8- 10 kg
Half 4 – 5 kg

TIPS FOR USE

Serve it in slices at ambient temperature, just add salt and pepper to fully enjoy its peculiarities.
