The selection “Gran Riserva” is produced only with selected meat from pigs born and bred in Italy.
Our Slice Roast Pork “Gran Riserva” is obtained from the middle pork without adding any preservatives except for natural herbs and salt.
We roast it at a low temperature for an entire day, this allow us to obtain a soft, fragrant and delicate product: an authentic Italian excellence.
